By using TibiaScanner (the "Service") you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service provides intelligence tools for Open-Tibia servers based on publicly available data, together with Discord alerts. The Service is provided "as is".
Sign-in is handled through Discord. You are responsible for activity carried out on your account. We may suspend or remove any account that violates these Terms.
You may not: abuse the Service, circumvent its limits, use the data to harass individuals, or break the rules of OT servers or of Discord.
Access is sold as one-time prepaid passes (14 / 30 / 90 days) and optional one-time server-slot unlocks. There is no recurring billing. A pass adds days to your account. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prepaid access is non-refundable once the access period has started, except where required by law.
We do not guarantee the accuracy or continuity of the data - it comes from external servers and may be incomplete or delayed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service.
These Terms may change. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
